An independent culinary created by siblings Idan Gilony and Omer Gilony during Milan Design Week 2026.
Hosted for 100 guests at DOTS Gallery, the experience centered around a 10-meter table adorned with an intricate floral installation and accompanied by a bespoke cocktail reception.
Created in collaboration with the gallery's resident chef, who also serves as Executive Chef of Bulgari Hotel Milano, the evening combined culinary direction, floral design, hospitality, and guest journey design into an intimate gathering of creatives, collectors, and industry guests.
